three action-packed hours! Armed with nothing more than a 5mm
wetsuit, a helmet, a buoyancy aid – and a qualified coasteer guide
and beach lifeguard – you will splash, scramble, swim and jump your
way along this beautiful stretch of coastline. You start with a
shallow water entry and from there, you swim and climb along the
route, checking out the gullies, caves and rock formations along
the way.

Whitsand Bay and the Cornish coastline is one of the UK’s most
beautiful locations, making it the perfect place to experience
coasteering. If you are lucky, you may get a glimpse of some of
Cornwall’s resident seals and dolphins, or even (totally harmless)
basking sharks in the right season! There are plenty of big jumps
and exciting obstacles to keep you on your toes throughout your
coasteering experience, and it is an ideal group activity or Family

safety gear at the centre, you will head for the shore and begin
your coasteering adventure with a shallow water entry. Your guide
will then lead you along the challenging – but fun – route, as you

– there is an abundance of wonderful wildlife along the coast. Your
guide is a qualified coasteer guide and beach lifeguard, ensuring
