others. You’ll begin your class the way every good meal does: with dessert! Using high quality ingredients, you’ll concoct a delicious tiramisu pudding before moving onto your homemade tomato and garlic pasta sauce. Next, you’ll learn to
roll, cut and fill your Italian and Turkish pasta, using a traditional Italian dough
and a fillings such as minced meat, onion, fresh herbs and
spices (Turkish) and with mushrooms or smoked aubergines with parmesan filling. Once they’re cooked and smothered in a quick tomato and
